Data Deletion

At RizzUp, you have the right to request deletion of personal data stored on our servers. We value your privacy and make this process simple and transparent.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account and data is directly through the RizzUp mobile application:

  1. Open the RizzUp app.
  2. Navigate to Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your choice. Your account data will be scheduled for deletion.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you may request data deletion by email:

  1. Send an email to support@rizzup.xyz.
  2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
  3. Please send the email from the same address associated with your RizzUp account so we can verify ownership.
  4. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once completed.

What Data is Deleted?

  • Your account profile, email, and preferences.
  • Server-side subscription status associated with your account.
  • Any server-side records linked to your RizzUp account.

Note: If you have an active subscription managed by the Apple App Store, deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must manage your subscription through your device settings under Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
