What Chat Content We Collect

Screenshots: Chat screenshots that you select from your photo library for reply suggestions.
Manual Messages: Conversation messages that you type into RizzUp to generate a reply.
Generated Replies: AI-generated reply suggestions created from the chat content you provide.

How We Use Chat Content

Reply Generation: To generate one ready-to-send dating chat reply based on the conversation context.
Language Matching: To reply in the language used by the conversation, or your selected app language when unclear.
Local Conversation History: To let you continue saved conversations on your device when you choose to keep them.

What We Do NOT Use Chat Content For

Selling to third parties for advertising
Training RizzUp's own AI models
Public posting or sharing of your private conversations
Surveillance or identity verification

3. Third-Party AI Services

To provide AI reply generation, we use third-party AI services.

AI Processing

Data Sent: Your selected chat screenshot or manually entered messages are sent to our AI provider only to generate your reply.
Processing: The content is processed for the specific reply request you initiate.
Protection: Data transmission is encrypted in transit.

Before using AI features, you will be asked to provide explicit consent acknowledging this data sharing.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to:

Provide the Service: Processing chat content you provide to generate AI reply suggestions.
Account Management: Managing your account, subscription status, and preferences.
Support and Safety: Responding to support requests, troubleshooting issues, and enforcing our Terms.

5. Data Retention

Chat Content Retention

Saved Conversations: Conversation history and copied screenshot images are stored locally on your device per signed-in user.
AI Processing: Chat content sent for AI generation is processed for the reply request you initiate.

Account Data Retention

Your account data is retained until you request deletion through the app settings or by contacting support. Upon deletion, associated server-side account data is removed from our systems.
