Disclaimer: The Service is for entertainment and informational purposes only. AI-generated replies are suggestions, and you are responsible for deciding whether any message is appropriate to send.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Be at least 13 years of age (or older if required by your local laws).

We use third-party authentication services for account management. By creating an account, you agree to keep your login credentials secure and comply with applicable provider terms.

RizzUp offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock advanced features such as:

• Manual chat AI replies
• Unlimited AI replies while your subscription is active

Billing: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. You agree to Apple's terms and conditions regarding billing, renewals, and cancellations.

Cancellations:You may cancel your subscription at any time via your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

You agree not to:

• Upload or enter private conversations without the rights or consent required by applicable law.
• Use the Service to harass, bully, threaten, or harm others.
• Use the Service to create coercive, exploitative, non-consensual, or illegal content.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code or AI models of the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

All content, design, and technology within RizzUp (excluding user-provided content) are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of chat content you provide, but you grant us a license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RizzUp and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or outcome of AI-generated replies.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
